Athena Accounting posts through a real double-entry engine. In Athena People, statutory amounts are calculated by the system, not written by AI.
People approve
Entries, e-Invoices and saved documents wait for a person. That is how the products are built, not a setting.
Knowledge is approved
Athena Support answers only from the knowledge you have given it, and tells the visitor when it does not know.
Reasoning is visible
Athena Accounting attaches the source, the evidence and a confidence score to what it suggests.

Is Athena one system I log into?
Not today. Athena is the AI workforce across the AthenaLab products, and each product has its own sign-in and works on its own. If you want them joined up, that is custom work we scope and quote first.
Does Athena act without asking?
It depends on the product. In Athena Accounting nothing posts without approval, and NOVA saves a document only after you confirm it. Numina files a receipt when you snap it. Athena Support answers from approved knowledge and hands over when it is unsure.
Where does my data go?
It depends on the product. Numina files into your own Google Drive and Sheets. NOVA keeps your books in a workbook you can download. See our privacy policy for how data is handled.
What does custom work cost?
It is scoped per business. We scope the task free of charge and quote the price before anything is built.
