Delete Your Numina Vault Account

Overview
Numina Vault allows users to permanently delete their account and associated data at any time. Once submitted, your deletion request will be processed as described below.
How to delete your account
- Step 1. Log in to Numina Vault.
- Step 2. Open Settings.
- Step 3. Select Delete Account.
- Step 4. Confirm the deletion request.
Data deleted
- User profile information
- Uploaded receipts
- Receipt processing history
- Account settings
Data retained
Records required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or regulatory compliance purposes may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
Need help?
If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, contact us at athenalab74@gmail.com and we will process the deletion on your behalf.
